How to Return

If you would like to return an item please contact us via our contact form along with your order number and we will guide you on how to return the item back to us.

Unwanted Goods

Any unwanted items can be returned by you within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your payment in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Items that can’t be returned

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on products that have been personalised or customised in any way.

Faulty / Other Reasons For Return

In accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer, claims for refunds, replacements or repairs will be offered as applicable if goods are found to:

• Not be of satisfactory quality,
• Not be fit for the purpose for which they were sold,
• Not correspond with their description,
• Not correspond with a sample on display, and/or
• Be sold without a good title

We shall cover the cost of returning goods under the rights indicated above.
